FIRM TRANSPORTATION, NO NOTICE SERVICE
(a) The reservation component of the Transmission Charge
shall be the product of the MDCQ times the
applicable Transmission reservation rates per Dt.
as set forth on the effective Tariff Sheet
Nos. 21 through 27. The reservation component
shall be pro-rated for the first and last contract
Months to adjust for the number of Days during those
Months service was available.
(b) The commodity component of the Transmission Charge
shall be the product of the actual Quantity of Gas
delivered during the Month times the applicable
Transmission commodity rates per Dt. as set forth on
the effective Tariff Sheet Nos. 21 through 27.
(c) If both the Point(s) of Receipt or a Point(s) of
Delivery are located within the same Zone, the
applicable rates shall be as set forth on the
effective Tariff Sheet Nos. 21 through 27 for
service within the same Zone only; if the Point(s)
of Receipt or a Point(s) of Delivery are located in
different Zones, the applicable rates shall be
derived by adding the effective rates for service
in the multiple Zones.
3.2 ACA and Other Charges
Shipper shall pay all ACA and Other Charges specified in the
General Terms and Conditions or which otherwise may
be applicable to service under this Rate Schedule from
time to time.
3.3 Overrun Charges
(a) Overrun Charge for Takes in Excess of MDCQ
If during one or more Days in the billing Month
Shipper takes Quantities of Gas in excess of the
applicable Maximum Daily Contract Quantity as stated
in the Service Agreement (hereinafter called overrun
