Atmos Energy Corporation - UCG at Heritage Park

The Contract Demand Quantity (CDQ) for transportation under

this Agreement is 4,000 Dt/d. The price to be paid for this

CDQ, pursuant to Agreement between Kansas Pipeline Company

(KPC) and United Cities Gas Company (at Heritage Park), a

division of Atmos Energy Corporation, shall be:

April 1, 1999 through March 31, 2000
