NON-CONFORMING SERVICE AGREEMENT

Kansas Gas Service

The rates charged pursuant to the Non-Conforming Service

Agreements listed below, between Kansas Gas Service and

Kansas Pipeline Company, shall be the maximum rate for firm,

no-notice transportation of gas authorized by the regulatory

agencies having jurisdiction. The contract volumes with the

applicable authorized Rate Schedules, pursuant to Kansas

Pipeline Company's Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Gas

Tariff are:
