NO NOTICE FIRM TRANSPORTATION SERVICE
Each rate set forth on this tariff sheet is the currently
effective rate pertaining to the particular rate schedule to
which it is referenced, but each such rate is separate and
independent and the change in any such rate shall not thereby
effect a change in any other rate schedule.

Rates are additive. A Shipper transporting gas through more
than one Zone shall pay the applicable rates for each Zone.
Volumetric firm capacity release maximum rate per dth stated at
100% load factor (exclusive of any surcharges):

The rates for Zone 1, as shown herein, include the Transok Lease costs
authorized by the Commission in KansOk Docket No. PR94-3-000. Shipper shall
pay Kansas Pipeline the actual transportation costs incurred by Kansas
Pipeline under the terms of the Transok Lease to deliver gas from specific
Receipt Point(s) nominated by such Shipper on Transok's system. See Section
15.1 of the General Terms and Conditions for an explanation and example
of how the Transok Lease annual minimum cost is calculated. Actual costs
are calculated on a per dekatherm basis pursuant to rates set forth in the
Lease by specific receipt point. Shipper shall reimburse Kansas Pipeline
for actual costs incurred by the pipeline in excess of the costs reflected
in the Zone 1 rate.
