FIRM TRANSPORTATION SERVICE

3.3 The FTS Rate shall include a commodity charge, as

set forth on the Schedule of Rates for

Transportation of Natural Gas and Other Related

Services of Transporter's FERC Gas Tariff, of

which this FTS Rate Schedule is part and which is

hereby incorporated herein. Unless Transporter

notifies Shipper to the contrary, the applicable

commodity charge shall be the Maximum Rate.

3.4 Transporter may from time to time and at any time

adjust, on a non-discriminatory basis, the

commodity charge component of the FTS

Transportation Rate to be charged to any Shipper.
