14.11 NOTICE OF RELEASE OF FIRM CAPACITY

Gas Transmission System ("Transporter"). Releasing Shipper

Transporter's FERC Gas Tariff. Releasing Shipper consents

to a partial assignment of capacity on Transporter, and will

remain liable on its transportation contract with Transporter

notwithstanding this release.
