2.19 "Operational Balancing Agreement" (OBA) shall mean
a contract between two parties that specifies the
procedures to manage operating variances at an
interconnect.
2.20 "Operational Flow Order (OFO) shall mean an order
issued to alleviate conditions, inter alia, which
threaten or could threaten the safe operations or
system integrity, of the transportation service
provider's system or to maintain operations
required to provide efficient and reliable firm
service.
2.21 "Package ID" shall mean a code assigned by the
Customer that is intended to be used to
differentiate between business transactions.
2.22 "Predetermined Allocation" (PDA) shall
mean an instruction from the participants in
the scheduling process that is submitted in
advance of gas flow and that tells
Transporter how much and in what order to
allocate to whom after gas has flowed.
2.23 "Point(s) of Delivery" shall mean the
point or points on Transporter's system where
Transporter shall deliver natural gas to or for
the account of Shipper after transportation. The
point(s) of delivery (whether one or more)
shall be specified in the applicable Service
Agreement.
2.24 "Point(s) of Receipt" shall mean the
point or points on Transporter's system where
Shipper shall deliver, or cause to be
delivered, natural gas to Transporter
for transportation. The point(s) of receipt
(whether one or more) shall be specified in
the applicable Service Agreement.
