current new service request form, as such may be revised from time

2.3 Credit Appraisal
(A) Acceptance of a request for service (including capacity

Such credit appraisal shall be based upon the following
information and criteria:
(1) Shipper shall provide current financial statements,
annual reports, 10-K reports or other filings with
regulatory agencies which discuss Shipper's financial
status, a list of all corporate affiliates, parent
companies and subsidiaries, and any reports from credit
reporting and bond rating agencies which are available.
Trunkline shall determine the acceptability of Shipper's
overall financial condition, working capital, and
profitability trends.
