32. ACQUISITION OF FIRM CAPACITY ON OTHER PIPELINES

Transporter may contract for gas transportation service on Public Service

Company of New Mexico for use in providing firm transportation service

under this tariff. The cost incurred for acquisition of such service

shall be separately recorded in Account No. 858. Transporter is at risk

for recovery of the costs associated with the acquisition of such

service.
