E. Bumping that affects transactions on multiple Transportation Service Providers

should occur at grid-wide synchronization times only.

F. The daily grid-wide synchronization times for scheduled flow are 9:00 a.m.,

5:00 p.m., and 9:00 p.m.

G. It is understood that a Transportation Service Provider exceeding the standard

nomination timelines is not required to hold capacity for grid wide nominations

until a standard nomination cycle.
