1.3 The term "Maximum Daily Transportation Quantity" (MAXDTQ) shall

mean the maximum quantity of natural gas provided in the Service

Agreement that Shipper is entitled to receive and Transporter is

obligated to deliver on any day.

1.4 The term "natural gas" shall mean either natural gas unmixed, or

any mixture of natural and artificial gas.

1.5 The term "cubic foot" shall mean the volume of gas which occupies

one cubic foot of space measured at 14.73 pounds per square inch

absolute at a temperature of 60 degrees Fahrenheit in accordance

with Section 4 hereof.

1.6 The term "British Thermal Unit" (Btu) shall mean the amount of

heat required to raise the temperature of one (1) pound of water

from 58.5 degrees Fahrenheit to 59.5 degrees Fahrenheit.
