12. If Buyer is an Affiliated Marketer of Seller, Buyer shall provide

whether and by how much the cost of gas to the affiliated

marketer exceeds the price received for the sale of gas by the

affiliated marketer, after deducting associated costs including

those costs incurred for transportation.

13. Certification that Buyer has title to the gas, or has a current

contractual right to acquire title, to be delivered to Seller for

transportation and has entered into or will enter into those

arrangements necessary to assure all upstream and downstream

transportation will be in place prior to the commencement of

service.

14. If Buyer is requesting service, or is currently receiving service,

under 18 C.F.R. Section 284.101, et seq., (transporting gas on

behalf of an intrastate pipeline or local distribution company),

Seller must receive certification (and may require sufficient

information in order to verify the certification) that:

(i) The intrastate pipeline or local distribution company has

physical custody of and transports the natural gas at some

point; or

(ii) The intrastate pipeline or local distribution company holds

title to the natural gas at some point, which may occur prior

to, during, or after the time that the gas is being

transported by the interstate pipeline, for a purpose related

to its status and functions as an intrastate pipeline or its

status and functions as a local distribution company; or

(iii) The gas is delivered at some point to a customer that either

is located in a local distribution company's service area or

is physically able to receive direct deliveries of gas from

an intrastate pipeline, and that local distribution company

or intrastate pipeline certifies that it is on its behalf

that the interstate pipeline is providing transportation

service.

Standardized request forms shall be available for Buyer's convenience by

writing the P. O. Box referenced above or contacting any Transportation

or Marketing Representative of Seller.

B. Upon Seller's acceptance to provide the requested service Seller shall

tender to Buyer for execution a Service Agreement in the form as

contained in Seller's FERC Gas Tariff.
