8. NOMINATIONS/SCHEDULING OF RECEIPTS AND DELIVERIES (Continued)

scheduling priority to an intra-day nomination submitted by a firm shipper

over nominated and scheduled volumes for interruptible shippers, (2)

provide the interruptible shipper with advance notice of any reduction

resulting from an intra-day nomination, and (3) notify the bumped shipper

whether penalties will apply on the day its volumes are reduced.

(iii) Bumping Notice Procedures: TransColorado will

notify shippers that have been bumped during the intra-day scheduling

process through Scheduled Quantity documents as posted on TransColorado's

Interactive Web Site, telephone or telefax. Additionally , TransColorado

will provide notification, at the shipper's option, through the following

channels: via e-mail to up to two e-mail addresses provided by the shipper

or via standard GISB EDI/EDM
