6. CAPACITY RELEASE BY FIRM SHIPPERS (Continued)

(6) Award posting and issuance of a contract by

5:00 p.m. CCT;

(7) Posting of pre-arranged deals not subject to

bid two (2) hours prior to the nomination cycle deadline on any business

day.

(8) Released Firm Transportation Agreement

tendered with contract number one (1) hour after award or, in the case of

a pre-arranged deal, one (1) hour after notification; contract executed;

nomination possible for next day or, in the case of a pre-arranged deal,

for the next nomination cycle.

(ii) For longer term releases (five months or more):

(1) The Capacity Release Request should be

tendered by no later than 1:00 p.m. CCT three (3) business days before the

award for long-term releases;

(2) The open season ends no later than 2:00 p.m.

CCT on the Business Day before nominations are due (open season is three

business days);

(3) Evaluation period begins at 2:00 p.m. CCT

during which contingency is eliminated, determination of best bid is made,

and ties are broken;

(4) Evaluation period ends at 3:15 p.m. CCT;

(5) Match or award is communicated by 3:15 p.m.

CCT; Match response by 4:00 p.m. CCT;

(6) Award posting and issuance of a contract by

5:00 p.m. CCT;

(7) Posting of pre-arranged deals not subject to

bid two (2) hours prior to a nomination deadline on any business day;

(8) Released Firm Transportation Agreement

tendered with contract number one (1) hour after award or, in the case of

a pre-arranged deal, one (1) hour after release notification contract

executed; nomination possible for next Day gas flow or, in the case of a

pre-arranged deal, for the next nomination cycle.
