5. BIDDING FOR FIRM TRANSPORTATION SERVICE (Continued)

Other parties' competing bids for the capacity pre-arranged by

TransColorado shall be evaluated according to Section 6. If no higher

offer is received during the bid period, the pre-arranged party shall

receive the capacity. If a higher offer is received, the pre-arranged

party will be permitted to match the offer and receive the capacity from

TransColorado pursuant to the applicable provisions of Section 6. If the

pre-arranged party does not elect to match the highest offer, the shipper

making the highest offer will be awarded the capacity.
