GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. DEFINITIONS (Continued)

1.26 The term "Shipper" shall mean any party who (a) is receiving

service according to an effective rate schedule under this Tariff 1, (b)

has executed a service agreement under any rate schedule, or (c) has

completed a request for service.

1.27 The term "System" shall mean the pipeline, appurtenant

facilities and any compression and related facilities owned by

TransColorado.

1.28 The term "unauthorized overrun" shall mean that quantity of

gas by which Shipper exceeds, without TransColorado's consent, Shipper's

confirmed quantity.

1.29 The term "year" shall mean a period of 365 consecutive days

beginning January 1 or 366 consecutive days if such period includes

February 29, unless otherwise specified.
