RATE SCHEDULE IT

INTERRUPTIBLE TRANSPORTATION SERVICE

1. AVAILABILITY

This rate schedule is available for interruptible transportation

service on behalf of any Shipper in accordance with 18 C.F.R. Part 284,

Subparts B and G provided that:

(a) TransColorado has the capability to provide such service

without impairment to the service being provided to any shipper that has

contracted for firm transportation service under Rate Schedule FT to this

FERC Gas Tariff;

(b) TransColorado is not required to construct or acquire

any additional facilities to provide the desired transportation service,

except as provided by Section 3.1(c) below; and

(c) Shipper and TransColorado have executed a Transportation

Service Agreement for service under Rate Schedule IT.

2. APPLICABILITY AND CHARACTER OF SERVICE

2.1 Interruptible Service. The transportation service provided

under this rate schedule:

(a) Shall be interruptible service performed pursuant to 18

C.F.R. Part 284, Subparts B and G;

(b) Shall apply to all gas transported by TransColorado for

Shipper under this rate schedule up to the daily quantity as defined in

Section 1.11 of the General Terms and Conditions and specified in the

Transportation Service Agreement;

(c) Shall be subject to interruption as provided in Section

8 of the General Terms and Conditions; and

(d) Shall be provided in accordance with availability of

capacity as determined by Section 8 of the General Terms and Conditions.
