11.5 Oxygen. The gas shall not at any time have an oxygen content in
excess of ten parts per million by volume, and the parties shall
make every reasonable effort to keep the gas free of oxygen.
11.6 Temperature. The gas shall be delivered at a temperature not in
excess of 120ø Fahrenheit or less than 35ø Fahrenheit.
11.7 Inert Substances. The gas shall not contain inert substances of
more than four percent by volume of which not more than 1 percent
shall be CO2.
11.8 Water Vapor. The gas shall not contain water vapor in excess of
five (5) pounds per MMcf.
11.9 Liquids. The gas shall not contain any hydrocarbon fractions that
might condense to free liquids in the line under normal pipeline
conditions.
11.10 Shipper's Failure to Meet Specifications. Should any gas tendered
for receipt by TransColorado fail at any time to conform to any of
the specifications of this section, TransColorado shall notify
Shipper and TransColorado may suspend all or a portion of the
receipt of any such gas until such time as Shipper demonstrates to
TransColorado's satisfaction that the gas meets the quality
specification; provided, however, such suspension by TransColorado
shall not relieve Shipper of any of its obligations under this
tariff. TransColorado may elect to accept receipt of any off-
specification gas in such quantities and such time periods as
TransColorado determines in its sole discretion will not affect or
harm the transportation system.
11.11 Quality of TransColorado's Deliveries. TransColorado shall
deliver to Shipper or for Shipper's account gas that is of
merchantable quality.
11.12 Commingling. Gas received from Shipper will be commingled with
the gas of other shippers in the system. Accordingly, the gas of
Shipper shall be subject to such changes in gross heating value
per cubic foot and other specifications as may result from such
commingling.
