10.13 Preservation of Records. Shipper and TransColorado shall preserve
for a period of at least three years, or for such longer period as
may be required by appropriate authority, test data, charts or
other similar records.
10.14 Pressure Requirements.
(a) Shipper shall deliver gas to TransColorado at the receipt
points at a pressure sufficient to allow the gas to enter
TransColorado's pipeline as such pressure shall vary from
time to time. TransColorado shall not be required to
compress natural gas into its pipeline. Shipper shall
provide equipment at each receipt point that is acceptable
to TransColorado to prevent overpressuring TransColorado's
pipeline.
(b) TransColorado shall deliver gas at each delivery point at
the pressure that is available from time to time in
TransColorado's pipeline after required measurement, flow
control or regulation.
11. QUALITY OF GAS
11.1 Heat Content. The gas delivered at each of the points of receipt
and delivery shall contain a gross heating value of not less than
967 Btu's per cubic foot nor more than 1,150 Btu's per cubic foot.
11.2 Merchantability. The gas shall be commercially free from dust,
gums, gum-forming constituents, dirt, impurities or other solid or
liquid matter that might interfere with its merchantability or
cause injury to or interference with proper operation of the
pipelines, regulators, meters, or other equipment of
TransColorado. The gas shall also be free of all matter that is
deemed hazardous or toxic and is subject to regulation by the
Environmental Protection Agency or any State agency having similar
jurisdiction or authority.
11.3 Hydrogen Sulfide. The gas shall not contain more than .25 grain
of H2S per 100 standard cubic feet.
11.4 Total Sulfur. The gas shall not contain more than 5 (five) grains
of total sulfur per Mcf, of which not more than 2 grains shall be
mercaptan sulfur.
