(b) All firm transportation service provided at alternate

receipt and delivery points by date and time of nomination.

If two or more Shippers have the same priority, available

capacity will be prorated on the basis of their CD.

(c) All interruptible transportation service for which Shipper

is paying the maximum rate. This service shall be scheduled

according to the date gas was first tendered by each Shipper

into the system. If two or more Shippers paying the maximum

rate tendered gas into TransColorado's system on the same

date, gas will be scheduled pro rata based on each Shipper's

daily nominations.

(d) All other interruptible transportation service in order of

the discounted rate being paid by Shipper for the

transportation service from highest to lowest. If two or

more Shippers are paying the same discounted transportation

rate, service shall be prorated on the basis of each

Shipper's daily nomination.

(e) All authorized overrun transportation service prorated based

on the amount requested by each Shipper.

8.2 Scheduling of Gas Receipts and Deliveries.

(a) If a shipper desires to have gas transported or stored on

gas day one of each month, the shipper must notify

TransColorado's nomination department no later than 10:00

a.m. Mountain Time three working days prior to the

commencement of service. For all succeeding days of the

month, shipper shall notify Questar's nomination department

no later than 10:00 a.m. Mountain Time each day of the

quantity of natural gas it desires to have transported from

specific sources and receipt points commencing at 7:00 a.m.

Mountain Time on the succeeding calendar day.

TransColorado's representative shall then notify shipper of

the quantity that it can receive and deliver. Starting no

later than 7:00 a.m. Mountain Time on the day following the

calendar day of receipt of shipper's nomination,

TransColorado shall commence to deliver thermally equivalent
