(b) Capacity releases of 31 days or less that (1) are not

subject to contingency bids and (2) the Releasing Shipper

elects to use TransColorado's evaluation criteria must be

posted for a bid period of one business day at least two

business days prior to date nominations are due.

(c) Capacity releases for a term of greater than 31 days but not

more than one year (short term) that are subject to (1)

contingency bids and/or (2) evaluation criteria specified by

the releasing Shipper must be posted at least two business

days prior to the commencement of the bid period. A bid

period of two business days shall be held commencing at

least five business days prior to the date nominations are

due.

(d) Short-term capacity releases that (1) are not subject to

contingency bids and (2) the releasing Shipper elects to use

TransColorado's evaluation criteria, must be posted at least

one business day prior to commencement of the bid period. A

bid period of two business days shall be held commencing at

least four business days prior to the date nominations are

due.

(e) A releasing Shipper may extend the bid period for released

capacity by posting that capacity on TransColorado's EBB at

any time prior to the minimum specifications set out above.

(f) For capacity to be released for a term of more than one year

(long term), a bid period of 20 days shall be held

commencing at least 23 days prior to the date nominations

are due.

6.12 Bids for Released Capacity - a Shipper may submit a bid for

released capacity at any time during the bid period.

(a) Each bid for released capacity must include the following:

(i) Released capacity transaction number;

(ii) Bidding Shipper's name and the name and telephone

number of the individual placing the bid.

(iii) The beginning and ending dates of the proposed

capacity acquisition.

(iv) The maximum reservation charge the bidding Shipper is

willing to pay for the capacity.

(v) The desired CD stated in Dth/d.
