(g) Whether the release is temporary or permanent.
(h) The minimum acceptable release period.
(i) If a one-part volumetric bid is acceptable.
(j) If a one-part volumetric rate is acceptable to the Shipper,
(i) the desired volumetric rate, (ii) terms and conditions
applicable to the release, (iii) whether two-part bids will
be accepted and (iv) criteria by which bids are to be
evaluated.
(k) The minimum rate at which the Shipper will release the
capacity. If the releasing Shipper does not specify a
minimum rate, a bidding Shipper may bid any rate up to the
maximum rate on TransColorado's Statement of Rates.
(l) The criteria by which TransColorado should evaluate the
bids. A releasing Shipper may select the present-value
formula in Section 11(c) or state its own criteria.
(m) The method by which tied bids will be awarded. If no method
for awarding tied bids is specified, the capacity will be
awarded pro rata based on each shipper's requested CD.
(n) Any other conditions applicable to acceptance by the
releasing Shipper.
6.7 Notice of Pre-Arranged Release - The releasing Shipper must
deliver a notice through TransColorado's EBB of a pre-arranged
release. The notice shall include all the information required by
this section and:
(a) The name of the bidding Shipper who is a party to the pre-
arranged release.
(b) The reservation charge the bidding Shipper has agreed to pay
for the released capacity.
6.8 Term of Capacity Release. The term of capacity release may not
