(c) Entries will be displayed chronologically from latest to

earliest.

(d) On-line help shall be available to assist the EBB user along

with a search function that allows users to locate all

information concerning a specific transaction.

(e) Menus will allow the user to separately access notices of

available capacity, each record in the transportation log

and standards of conduct information.

(f) Downloading by users.

2.4 Shippers may access TransColorado's EBB for general information

seven days a week from 2:00 a.m. to midnight. Shippers may access

the EBB to release, bid and contract for capacity from 6:00 a.m.

to 6:00 p.m. each working day. Except as required by operational

necessity, TransColorado's EBB will be down only from 12:01 to

1.59 a.m. daily.

2.5 In addition to the information and processes for the capacity

release program described in Section 6 of these General Terms and

Conditions, TransColorado will provide the following information

on its EBB:

(a) General operational information such as hourly flow

information and nominations, cumulative daily imbalance,

daily allocation of receipt and delivery points, etc.

(b) Available capacity at receipt and delivery points.

(c) Whether the capacity is available from TransColorado or

through the capacity release program.

(d) Effective rates for firm and interruptible service.

(e) Service request and acquisition forms allowing Shippers and

potential Shippers to request or change firm or

interruptible service electronically through the EBB.

(f) Standards of conduct relating to service.

(g) Discounts granted for service to affiliates.

(h) General information and news items relating to rates,

available capacity, expansions, etc.
