1.10 "Curtailment" means reduction or temporary suspension of firm

service.

1.11 "Contract demand" means the quantity of gas set forth from

time to time in the transportation service agreement under

Rate Schedule FT.

1.12 "Day" means a period of 24 consecutive hours, beginning at

7:00 a.m. Mountain Time.

1.13 "Daily quantity" means the quantity of gas set forth from

time to time in the transportation service agreement under

Rate Schedule IT.

1.14 "Delivery point" means a point where TransColorado delivers

gas to or for the account of Shipper after transportation.

1.15 "Dth, decatherm" means a unit of heating value equivalent to

10 therms or 1,000,000 Btu's.

1.16 "EBB" means Electronic Bulletin Board.

1.17 "Equivalent volumes" means the sum of the volumes of gas

measured in Mcf received by TransColorado for the account of

Shipper at the points of receipt during any given period of

time, (a) reduced by (i) Shipper's pro rata share of

unaccounted-for gas resulting from the operations of

TransColorado during the same period of time and (ii) fuel

gas (b) adjusted for any variations in Btu content, as

corrected for any water vapor in excess of five pounds per

million cubic feet of gas. The quantity of gas delivered at

the point of delivery after transportation shall be the

thermal equivalent of the volumes of gas received at the

point of receipt for transportation, after reduction,

correction and adjustment as provided above.

1.18 "FERC" or "Commission" means the Federal Energy Regulatory

Commission or any federal commission, agency or other

governmental body or bodies succeeding to, lawfully

exercising or superseding any powers that are exercisable by

the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.

1.19 "Force majeure event" includes without limitation by this

recital: acts of God, including fires, explosions,

earthquakes or volcanic eruptions, storms, floods, washouts
