FOOTNOTES

1/ Released capacity may be sold at a volumetric rate. Shippers releasing

capacity on a volumetric basis must specify a rate between the maximum

and minimum transportation usage charges stated on Sheet No. 5 to this

tariff and notify TransColorado of the criteria by which bids are to be

evaluated.

2/ The annual charge adjustment is subject to Section 21 of the General

Terms and Conditions of this tariff.

3/ The GRI charge is not applicable to certain natural gas specified in

Section 22.2 of the General Terms and Conditions of this tariff. GRI

reservation and usage charges are subject to discounting and shall be

the first component of rates reduced as a result of discounting.

4/ The unauthorized overrun charge will be equal to twice the maximum

transportation usage charge.
