ARTICLE A-VI

Laws and Regulations

This Agreement insofar as it is affected thereby, is subject to

all valid laws, rules, regulations, and orders of all govern-

mental authorities having jurisdiction.

ARTICLE A-VII

Waiver

No waiver by either party of any one or more defaults by the

other in the performance of any provisions hereunder shall

operate or be construed as a waiver of any future default or

defaults whether of a like or a different character.
