22. Processing Rights, Transportation of Liquid and Liquefiable

Hydrocarbons:

22.1 Processing Rights: Transporter and Customer recog-

nize that the right to process gas has been or may

be retained by Customer or Customer's producer.

Such processing shall be for recovery and disposi-

tion solely by or for the account of Customer or

Customer's producer of liquefiable hydrocarbons.

It is understood that Transporter shall not acquire

any right, title or interest under this contract in

any products resulting from such processing.

Transporter shall not process gas received for

transportation hereunder for the extraction of

liquefiable hydrocarbons.
