(c) Transporter shall not construct or modify any

facilities herein which will result in an

increase or decrease in Transporter's mainline

capacity, or, which may compromise the opera-

tional integrity of Transporter's pipeline

system.

1.6 Transporter shall not be required to perform service

under this Rate Schedule, subject to the obtaining

of any necessary approvals, on behalf of any Cus-

tomer that fails to comply with any and all of the

terms of this Rate Schedule and with the terms of

Customer's Transportation Service Agreement with

Transporter.
