Backhaul Rates Equal Fronthaul Rates to Zone of Delivery.

The commodity transportation rate shall be increased in

accordance with Section 23 of the General Terms and Conditions

of this tariff to reflect the current commodity take-or-pay

surcharge as set forth on Sheet No. 14.
