Notes: All transactions under Rate Schedule FT for the Capacity Assignment Program are subject

to the applicable additional charges as shown below.

The General RD&D Volumetric Funding Unit of $.0147/MMBtu and the demand/reservation

Funding Unit of $.08 per MMBtu is assessed, where applicable, pursuant to Section 20 of

the General Terms and Conditions of this tariff.

The FERC ACA Unit Charge of $.0025/MMBtu is assessed pursuant to Section 21 of the

General Terms and Conditions of this tariff.

The commodity transportation rate shall be increased in accordance with Section 23 of

the General Terms and Conditions of this tariff to reflect the current commodity take-

or-pay surcharge as set forth on Sheet No. 14.
