Shipper shall pay the amounts listed; however, such amounts are subject to

change pursuant to Articles VII and VIII of the Agreement without the need

for this Exhibit A to be amended.

(A) Maximum Base Tariff Rate (per Mcf)

(B) Old Regulatory Expense Surcharge (per Mcf)

(C) New Regulatory Expense Surcharge (per Mcf)

(D) ACA Surcharge (per Mcf)

Delivery Pressure, Assumed Atmospheric Pressure

Natural gas to be delivered by Shipper to Transporter at the Transporter

Receipt Points shall be at a delivery pressure sufficient to enter

Transporter's facilities, but Shipper shall not deliver gas at a pressure in

excess of the Maximum Delivery Pressure stated for the Receipt Point.

The assumed atmospheric pressure is stated hereinabove for each Point of

Receipt, irrespective of variations in natural atmospheric pressure from time

to time.
