Routine communications shall be considered as duly

delivered when received by ordinary mail. Payments for

services rendered pursuant to this Agreement shall be

made by check, wire transfer or electronic bank

transfer in accordance with such instructions as

Transporter may from time to time provide. Unless

otherwise specified, operating communications by

telephone or other mutually agreeable means shall be

considered as duly delivered without subsequent written

confirmation, unless written confirmation is requested

by either party hereto.
