or to such other address as either party shall designate by formal written notice. Routine

communications shall be considered as duly delivered when received by ordinary mail.

Payments for services rendered pursuant to this Agreement shall be made by wire

transfer or electronic bank transfer in accordance with such instructions as Transporter

may from time to time provide. Unless otherwise specified, operating communications

by telephone or other mutually agreeable means shall be considered as duly delivered

without subsequent written confirmation, unless written confirmation is requested by

either party hereto.

ARTICLE IV

TERM

4.1 This Agreement shall become effective as of the date hereof, and shall be in

full force and effect for a primary term set forth on Exhibit B hereto, if applicable,

and

shall continue and remain in full force and effect for successive evergreen terms as

specified on Exhibit B hereto
