STATEMENT OF EFFECTIVE TRANSPORTATION RATES

The rates set forth below are applicable to Sea Robin Pipeline Company

Transportation Rate Schedules listed below as they now exist or as they may be lawfully

changed from time to time in accordance with the provisions of the respective rate

schedules.

(1) The Demand Charge (per Dth) shall be the amount determined by multiplying

Shipper's currently effective Contract Demand times the average system thermal content

set forth in Section 5.2 of the General Terms and Conditions by the demand rate shown

on this Sheet No. 9.

(2) Pursuant to Section 19 of the General Terms and Conditions, the volumetric charges

shall be increased to include the ACA unit rate of $0.0023 per Dth.
