(c) If neither of the methods provided in (a) and (b) above

can be used, by estimating the quantity delivered, by

reference to deliveries under similar conditions during a

period when the equipment was registering accurately.

No correction shall be made in the recorded quantities of gas

delivered hereunder for measuring equipment inaccuracies of

two percent (2%) or less, and in no event shall inaccuracies

less than 25 Mcf be considered for adjustment.
