Notes:

a) In accordance with Paragraph 2 of the Transportation General

Terms and Conditions of this FERC Gas Tariff First Revised

Volume No. 1-A, all Shippers that are not members shall pay

a GRI funding unit adjustment stated above. This adjustment

shall be in addition to the Base Tariff Rate specified above.

b) In accordance with Paragraph 22 of the Transportation General

Terms and Conditions of this FERC Gas Tariff First Revised

Volume No. 1-A, all Shippers shall pay an ACA unit adjustment

as specified above. This adjustment shall be in addition to

the Base Tariff Rate specified above.
