RATE SCHEDULE IT

INTERRUPTIBLE TRANSPORTATION SERVICE

1. AVAILABILITY

This rate schedule is available for interruptible

transportation service on behalf of any Shipper for service

from any receipt point to any delivery point on the system

according to 18 C.F.R. Part 284, Subparts B & G provided:

(a) Overthrust is able to provide such service

consistent with its other obligations under Volume Nos. 1 and

1-A of its FERC Gas Tariffs;

(b) Overthrust is not required to construct or

acquire any additional facilities, except for minor incidental

facilities, to provide the desired transportation service; and

(c) Shipper and Overthrust have executed a

transportation service agreement for service under this rate

schedule.

2. APPLICABILITY AND CHARACTER OF SERVICE

The transportation service provided under this rate

schedule:

(a) Shall be interruptible service performed

pursuant to 18 C.F.R. Part 284, Subparts B and G;

(b) Shall apply to all gas transported by

Overthrust for Shipper under this rate schedule up to the

daily quantity (DQ) as defined in § 1.10 of the General Terms

and Conditions and specified in the transportation service

agreement;

(c) Shall be subject to interruption as provided in

§ 11 of the General Terms and Conditions; and

(d) Shall be provided according to the availability

determined by § 11 of the General Terms and Conditions.

3. RATE PROVISIONS

3.1 Specified Charges. All charges for transportation

service under this rate schedule shall be as set forth in the

currently effective Statement of Rates, as adjusted from time
