RATE SCHEDULE FT

FIRM TRANSPORTATION SERVICE

1. AVAILABILITY

This rate schedule is available for firm transportation

service on behalf of any Shipper for service from any

receipt point to any delivery point on the system according

to 18 C.F.R. Part 284, Subparts B and G provided:

(a) Overthrust has available pipeline system capacity

to render the firm service requested;

(b) Overthrust is not required to construct or acquire

any additional facilities, except for minor incidental

facilities, to provide the desired transportation service;

and

(c) Shipper and Overthrust have executed a

transportation service agreement for service under this rate

schedule.

2. APPLICABILITY AND CHARACTER OF SERVICE

2.1 Firm Service. The transportation service provided

under this rate schedule:

(a) Shall be firm service performed pursuant to

18 C.F.R. Part 284, Subparts B & G;

(b) Shall apply to all gas transported by

Overthrust for Shipper under this rate schedule up to the

reserved daily capacity (RDC) as defined in 1.29 of the

General Terms and Conditions and specified in the transpor-

tation service agreement;

(c) Shall be subject to curtailment as provided

in 11 of the General Terms and Conditions; and

(d) Shall be provided according to the

availability determined by 11 of the General Terms and

Conditions.

2.2 Authorized Overrun Service. Upon request of

Shipper, Overthrust may elect to receive, transport and

deliver volumes of gas in excess of Shipper's RDC. The

not impair Overthrust's ability to render service under any
