Shipper, suspend performance of service pending assurance of payments

in accordance with Section 12.4(j) of the Transportation General Terms

and Conditions.

10. OTHER OPERATING CONDITIONS

10.1 Upon request of Transporter, Shipper shall from time to time

submit estimates of the daily, monthly and annual quantities of gas to

be transported under this rate schedule, including peak day

each Receipt and Delivery Point and such other operating data as

Notwithstanding the other provisions of this rate schedule, Transporter

shall have the right to take unilateral action to protect the integrity

determines that immediate or irreparable harm to Transporter's

facilities or operations will be caused by Shipper's failure to comply

with any of the terms of this rate schedule, the Transportation General

Terms and Conditions or with the terms of the Transportation Service

Agreement.
