MASTER CAPACITY RELEASE AGREEMENT

(Continued)

Section 3.3 - In addition to collection of the rates and charges

provided for in each Addendum, MRT shall retain the percentage provided,

pursuant to the applicable Rate Schedule, of the quantities received from

Replacement Customer hereunder, for reimbursement in kind from Replacement

Customer for fuel usage and lost and unaccounted for gas.

ARTICLE 4

NOTICES

Section 4.1 - Any notice, statement, or bill provided for in this

Agreement shall be in writing and shall be considered as fully delivered

when hand-delivered, telecopied, or when received by the other party if

mailed by United States mail, postage prepaid, to the following addresses

(unless and until either party notifies the other, in writing of a change

in its address):
