credit does not meet the criteria in the aforementioned Section 5.4 (k),

MRT may, upon ten (10) days' written notice to Customer, suspend

performance of service pending assurance of payments in accordance with

Section 5.4(k) of these General Terms and Conditions.

29. OTHER OPERATING CONDITIONS

29.1 Upon request of MRT, Customer shall from time to time submit

estimates of the daily, monthly and annual quantities of gas to be

transported or stored under the rate schedules of this tariff, including

peak day requirements, together with the estimated amounts thereof

applicable to each receipt and delivery point and such other operating data

as MRT may require in order to plan its operations, to meet its system

requirements, and to render adequate services to its Customers.

30. OBLIGATION TO CONTINUE SERVICE

30.1 MRT shall not be required to perform or continue service under

any of the rate schedules of this tariff on behalf of any Customer which,

within ten (10) days after receipt of written notice from MRT, fails to

comply with any and all of the terms of the applicable rate schedule, the

General Terms and Conditions of this tariff, or with the terms of its

Service Agreement(s) with MRT. Notwithstanding the other provisions of the

applicable rate schedule, MRT shall have the right to take immediate

unilateral action to protect the integrity of its system in the event MRT,

in its reasonable discretion, determines that immediate or irreparable harm

to MRT's facilities or operations will be caused by Customer's failure to

comply with any of the terms of the applicable rate schedule, the General

Terms and Conditions, or with the terms of the applicable Service

Agreement.
