2.9 Pipeline warrants that, without the express consent of LINKþ System

Subscriber or as provided for in Sections 3.13, 3.14, 3.15, 8.2, 8.3 and 8.4 of

the General Terms and Conditions or in Rate Schedules TABS-1, TABS-2 and MBA, no

Pipeline employee or agent will disclose to any third party any information

regarding research performed through the use of the LINKþ System by LINKþ System

Subscriber.
