CANCELLATION OF TARIFF

Notice is hereby given that effective the 1st day of December, 1972, the

contract with Humble Oil & Refining Company dated August 14, 1962, as

amended March 2, 1970, and April 30, 1970, and relating to

transportation service under Rate Schedule X-2, Original Sheets No. 18

through No. 26, First Revised Volume No. 2 to Mid Louisiana Gas

Company's FPC Gas Tariff is to be terminated and canceled by action of

the parties.
