1.2 Subject to the terms, conditions and limitations hereof and of

Pipeline's Rate Schedule NNS, Pipeline agrees to deliver up

to Customer's Maximum Daily Delivery MDQ (NNS MDQ)

of natural gas to or for Customer at the Point(s) of

Delivery and Customer agrees to accept or cause acceptance of such

quantities of natural gas, less the applicable Fuel Reimbursement

Quantities; provided, however, Pipeline shall not be obligated to

deliver at any Point of Delivery on any day a quantity of natural

gas in excess of the applicable MDQ set forth on Exhibit B for each

such Point(s) of Delivery. For purposes of this Agreement, the NNS

MDQ shall be as follows:

Maximum Daily Delivery Quantity __________ MMBtu

1.3 If so elected by Customer, Pipeline may act as

Agent in order to purchase gas available

for no-notice service at the Customer's Point(s) of

Receipt .

1.4 To the extent permitted by Pipeline's FERC Gas Tariff, Third Revised

Volume No. 1 (hereinafter the "Tariff"), and FERC orders and

regulations, Pipeline shall have the right to interrupt service

under this Agreement if at any time Customer fails to materially

comply with any provision of this Agreement.
