(b) The Point(s) of Receipt on Pipeline's system, with a

specific description of the point(s) sufficient to

identify the location. Potential Customers requesting

firm transportation service (FTS) or no-notice service

(NNS) may request Secondary Point(s) of Receipt. Such

Secondary Point(s) of Receipt will be made available by

Pipeline, subject to availability of capacity not held

by other firm Customers and Pipeline's rights to

maintain operational control of its system.

(c) The Point(s) of Delivery on Pipeline's system, with a

specific description of the point(s) sufficient to

identify the location. Potential Customers requesting

firm transportation service (FTS) may request Secondary

Point(s) of Delivery. Such Secondary Point(s) of

Delivery will be made available by Pipeline, subject to

availability of capacity not held by other firm

Customers and Pipeline's rights to maintain operational

control of its system.

(d) Potential Customer shall specify that it will pay the

maximum rate reflected for the applicable Rate Schedule

as set forth on currently effective Tariff Sheet Nos. 4 or

4A or such other rate that Potential Customer is

willing to pay, but in no event shall such other rate be

less than the minimum rate for service pursuant to the

applicable Rate Schedule as set forth on currently

effective Tariff Sheet Nos. 4 or 4A; provided,

however Pipeline shall be authorized to reject any rate

which is below Pipeline's maximum rate;

(e) The dates on which service is requested to commence and

terminate. Unless otherwise agreed to by Pipeline,

which agreement shall be give on a non-discriminatory
