15.3 Scheduling

GISB Standard 1.3.39 and 1.3.41 are incorporated herein by

reference.

(a) Based upon the timely receipt of confirmation of

nominations for service under Rate Schedules FTS and

FTS-OSF, Pipeline shall schedule receipts and deliveries

of gas among such Customers according to the quantities

of gas confirmed to be scheduled up to but not in excess

of the applicable contractual entitlement of each

Customer.
