2. APPLICABILITY AND CHARACTER OF SERVICE
2.1 Service under this Rate Schedule shall provide Customer with
interruptible transportation of natural gas by Pipeline for
Customer on Pipeline's Offshore Facilities between agreed upon
Point(s) of Receipt and Point(s) of Delivery. Interruptible
transportation service under this Rate Schedule shall be
available when and to the extent that Pipeline determines that
capacity is available on its Offshore Facilities.
2.2 Pipeline shall receive for Customer at the Point(s) of
Receipt, and shall transport and deliver at the Point(s) of
Delivery daily quantities of gas up to Customer's MDQ;
provided, however, Pipeline shall not be obligated to receive
or to deliver quantities of gas on any day in excess of the
quantity nominated and scheduled for that day.
3. REQUESTS AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR SERVICE
3.1 All Potential Customers requesting interruptible
transportation service on Offshore Facilities must comply with
the procedures and provide the information set forth in
Sections 26 and 27 of the General Terms and Conditions of this
FERC Gas Tariff in order to qualify for transportation under
this Rate Schedule.
3.2 No request for service under this Rate Schedule will be deemed
valid until all information set forth in Sections 26 and 27 of
the General Terms and Conditions of this FERC Gas Tariff is
received by Pipeline.
(a) In the event the request for service is deficient as to
form, Pipeline shall not process the request and shall
notify the Potential Customer, providing thirty (30)
days for Potential Customer to resubmit its request. In
the further event that Potential Customer fails to
resubmit its request in proper form within such thirty
(30) day period, the request for service shall be null
and void.
