at the Grand Bay Redelivery Point; provided that Enbridge Pipelines (Midla),
Inc. (formerly known as Mid Louisiana) shall not be required to accept gas at
pressures higher than 1,200 psig.
ARTICLE IV
STATEMENTS OF VOLUMES DELIVERED
United shall deliver, or cause to be delivered, to Enbridge Pipelines
(Midla), Inc. (formerly known as Mid Louisiana) on or before the 15th day of
each calendar month a statement showing the volumes and Btu content of the gas
delivered to Enbridge Pipelines (Midla), Inc. (formerly known as Mid
Louisiana) hereunder during the preceding calendar month.
ARTICLE V
QUALITY OF GAS
United agrees that the Block 140 gas shall not be processed for the
recovery of liquefiable hydrocarbons prior to its delivery to Enbridge
Pipelines (Midla), Inc. (formerly known as Mid Louisiana), other than by
conventional field separation or such processing as is required to cause the
gas to meet the following quality specifications.
United agrees that the gas delivered to Enbridge Pipelines (Midla), Inc.
(formerly known as Mid Louisiana) hereunder will be merchantable gas, that it
will meet such quality specifications as Southern may require for Block 140
gas delivered into Southern's facilities, and that it will upon delivery:
(a) be commercially free of objectionable substances, including dust,
solids, liquids, gums and gum-forming constituents;
(b) not contain more than 200 grains of total sulphur or 10 grains of
hydrogen sulphide, or 0.30 gallons of iso-pentane and heavier
hydrocarbons, per mcf;
