(f) At the end of each gas day, Pipeline shall provide the final
scheduled quantities for the just completed gas day. With
respect to the implementation of this process via the NAESB
1.4.x scheduled quantity related standards, Pipeline shall
send an end of gas day Scheduled Quantity document.
Receivers of the end of gas day Scheduled Quantity document
can waive the Pipeline's sending of the end of gas day
Scheduled Quantity document.
(g) Any waiver of any deadline(s) set forth in this Section 15.3
for the transmittal of information or data in any form is at
the sole discretion of the receiving party. Sender of such
information or data may not waive and is bound to adhere to
such deadline(s) unless waiver has been granted by
receiving party.
15.4 For the purposes of nominating gas flows in accordance with
Section 15.1(a)(2) or 15.1(a)(4) and 15.1(b)(2) or 15.1(b)(4)
hereof, confirming gas flows, or scheduling gas flows, Pipeline
shall designate personnel to be available on a twenty-four (24)
hour basis. Such personnel may be contacted electronically by
beeper at (888)650-8099. No change in scheduled activity, if
requested during other than standard business hours of 8:00 a.m.
to 5:00 p.m. Central Clock time on any business day shall be
considered confirmed or scheduled until Pipeline's designated
representative has been contacted at such number and all
appropriate steps in the confirmation and scheduling process have
been completed or waived by Pipeline.
