(b) Following the posting of information pursuant to Paragraph
7.4(a), Potential Customers may submit bids for the capacity
that shall become available pursuant to Paragraph 7.3. A
Potential Customer may submit a bid on Pipeline's EBB
system; provided, however, that in order to be considered a
bona fide bid, such Potential Customer must submit a bid in
writing and such bid must be executed by a party authorized
to sign contractual agreements on behalf of Potential
Customer within three days of submitting such bid on the EBB
system. In order to be considered a bona fide bid,
Potential Customer must satisfy all Pipeline tariff
provisions governing Customer eligibility, including
Pipeline's credit requirements as set forth in Section 26 of
Pipeline's General Terms and Conditions, and must submit to
Pipeline a prepayment equal to one (1) month's reservation
charge based on Potential Customer's bid. Such prepayment
shall be refunded within thirty (30) days to all Potential
Customers that do not submit the "Best Bid" as set forth in
Paragraph 7.4(c). Pipeline may reject all bids below the
maximum rate for the applicable service.
(c) Bids from Potential Customers who desire, in whole or in
part, the capacity to be made available upon the termination
of the long-term firm Service Agreement must be received by
Pipeline no later than thirty (30) days before the effective
date of the termination of the Service Agreement noticed
pursuant to Paragraph 7.3(b) hereof. At the close of the
